Know downtime to the minute
Time is counted automatically when the line stops, so the shift review is about how many minutes and how many stops, not a feeling.
Counts output, cycle time and stoppages from the line itself, and shows the drift in vibration and temperature before the machine fails.

A rise in vibration and bearing temperature shows up in the curve weeks before the bearing gives out.
Output, cycle time and downtime of the same line are placed side by side per shift and per day, so the gap has a source.
Today the readings come from the counter and sensor inputs on the line. A Modbus RTU/TCP module is in development; bringing PLC data onto the same screen comes with it.
From the counter or sensor input on the line; cycle time is derived from that count.
It does not have to. BilIoT runs alongside it as the remote monitoring and alerting layer.
