Does every panel need its own cable?
Module voltages are taken from the string's measurement points; the setup guide includes the wiring diagram.
Does my inverter brand matter?
Measurement is independent of the inverter: the device takes its own readings, so the brand does not matter.
Is carbon footprint included?
Yes. Period yield is derived from the counter, and avoided emissions — plus an amount column if you want one — download as PDF, Excel or CSV. You set the emission factor and energy price yourself; the report states the values it used.
